Low Expectations is a personal project of <a href="spotify:artist:4guNZy5EyzVxC9PAzQ2bmR" data-name="So Colloquial.">So Colloquial.</a> Guitarist, Kevin Carson. Since relocating to the Greater Philadelphia Area seven years ago, Carson has put out two EP's as guitarist of the duo and has played several shows in and around Philadelphia. With the 2020 pandemic lockdowns taking place, Carson began writing material that would result in tracks for Low Expectations. With the help of <a href="spotify:artist:3qAWPXeia6y2wOCosvaVPO" data-name="Fried Monk">Fried Monk</a>, the production of the first EP was brought to life in 2021.
