Low Pesci was born in New Jersey in the mid 80s during the pinnacle of the crack era to a single mom who was on drugs. It wasnt long before Low took the streets and indulged into the drug game. until his grandparents moved him and his younger brother John to Florida in hopes that relocating would be a defining factor in a better life. Unfortunately things only got worse. As Low got deeper into the drug game despite moving to florida, Lows' passion for hip hop culture and music grew immensely as he rolled closer into his teenaged years. Eventually, Low would be in and out of jail and prison. In between freedom amd incarceration, he would write and record music and eventually plan on seeking a career in the hip hop world.
In 2012 after a short prison bid, Low would end up signing a few artists and putting out underground projects such as videos, mixtapes like "Loyalty Over Wealth" and Low Pesci would soon grow a buzz and reputation throughout central Florida as one of the area's most promising up and coming stars, until a series of unfortunate events such as his 19yr old brothers tragic murder and running from a 5yr prison sentence.
Using his time wisely, he wrote music and formed a plan to come home and still chase his dreams.
Low has been a featured artist on records with multiple artists including Breadwinners association artist Bezz Believe and has opened up shows for artists such as G-Units Kidd Kidd,French Montana and Gucci Mane.
