LoYoTo are the Djs/Producers Eva Be & Cle. Born and raised original (East and West) Berliners, they witnessed the rise of the former divided city and took part in the thrilling times of the early nineties, when an independent electronic music scene evolved in the infamous underground clubs of the city, Cle being a part of the techno/house movement and Eva as an integral member of the Berlin freestyle scene. Each having a career of their own as djs and producers for over two decades, LoYoTo connected in 2013, fell in love and merged their talent to dj and produce music together. After numerous EPs (and one experimental modern classical / dub album), they used the „extra time“ ( the year of global pandemic ), to follow their idea for a heart project of their own, producing an album, strongly influenced by nightlong back to back living room dj sets, playing favourite records from hip hop to 80s melancholic pop songs, funky dub reggae jams to gritty new wave. In a way the process of making the album, brought them back to the influences of their love for music and its history, letting loose the boundaries of today's club music and digging deeper into the very roots of it, yet with a futuristic approach. Following on from their debut album 'Sicker Men Variations' their 2nd album will drop in 2022.
