Luc Rugah

Luc Rugah…, from West Macon, Georgia ( Unionville to be exact ) by way of Oglethorpe Homes is the perfect blend of southern hip hop and quality street music. His deep voice , crisp flow , and fluid delivery is what separates him from the pacc. Rugah jumped into the rap game as a member of the group Loccish Lifestyle, alongside Low Down and Pookie Loc ( R.I.P. ). After generating a buzz locally, and dropping a couple independent albums Loccish Lifestyle was recruited by Jeezy and Kinky B who are also from the Macon area to join CTE ( Corporate Thugz Entertainment ). Once making it official with the label , unfortunately shortly after Pookie Loc was shot and killed. This took the Jeezy / Gucci Mane beef to the mainstream but it also derailed the chances of Loccish Lifestyle going any farther as a group. While trying to recover from the loss of his best friend , Luc Rugah was asked to stay down as a solo artist. Eventually Kinky ended up forming another group with Luc Rugah, Diezal Da Don, and Billie Slum which was called Tru Breed. After releasing only one mixtape and appearing on a few others Tru Breed was short lived and came to a halt once Jeezy and Kinky B had differences and CTE was in disarray which led to Luc Rugah , like previous artists Freddie Gibbs and Blood Raw branching off on his own on and going the independent route.
