Lucey has earned accolades for their formidable live presence, billing alongside the likes of Birds of Tokyo, Ross Wilson, Things of Stone and Wood, The Superjesus and Dallas Frasca.
The band’s prowess was highlighted when they were chosen to take part in the Surround Sound band competition where they placed as finalists in Sydney. On top of this, they won Best Band and placed second in the People's Choice Category at the heats of the Australian National Busking Championship, culminating in a commendable third place overall in the People's Choice and Judge’s Category at the national final judged by Ian “Dicko” Dickson.
In addition to their electrifying live shows, Lucey is committed to crafting their own sound. Their single ‘Drive My Love Away’ resonated with listeners, clinching Best Mainstream Track in the 2023 Kool Skools program where they were invited to perform this song live at Empire Studios in Melbourne as part of the awards night.
Tilly Pinn (lead vocals), Alex Lutton (vocals, keys, and bass), Miller Hearn (guitar), and Tom Cremer (drums) will keep you dreamin’ through stage or studio, and that is a Lucey promise!
