Lucy Cloud, an indie-R&B artist from Los Angeles now based in Nashville, aims to create music that inspires and resonates emotionally. With a diverse musical background, she emphasizes mental health and emotional expression in her songwriting. Her newest EP release, "Allowing Time" explores love and loss in relationships. Cloud's sound blends indie-pop-soul influences from strong female artists like Corrinne Bailey Rae, H.E.R., Lauryn Hill, Adele, and Amy Winehouse. In 2020, Cloud wrote “Crash and Learn"during her first initial Nashville writing session with notable GRAMMY winner songwriters Seth Mosley and Justin Morgan. Later this song would be featured on The CW's "Charmed" and CBS's "Good Sam" in 2021. “Crash and Learn” also received airplay on Sirius XM’s The Pulse Radio.
