Marloes de Natris, alias Ludovica Elisa, is a musician (piano, drums, guitar, clarinet), music teacher and music producer.
“The piano has always been a part of my life. As a baby I was sitting on my grandma’s lap. My little hands on the piano. I started making my first songs as a toddler. I discovered chords as a school child and I played the same love songs over and over again as an adolescent.
Still, I decided to take clarinet lessons at the age of 8, secretly participate in my best friend’s guitar lessons at the age of 14, and years later study drums at the conservatory of Amsterdam.
But the foundation of my musical journey has always been the piano.
After a long period of illness, I rediscovered my love for peaceful piano music and decided to record and release my own compositions.
I am inspired by the infinity and certainty of nature’s recurring processes. They give me stability and peace. Hopefully my compositions will do that for you, my listeners, too.”
