Luke Burazin is a 19 year-old Mississauga/Guelph-based vocalist and self-taught horn player, who performs live at various venues and private events across the GTA.
At age 17, Luke started his professional music career when he first sang for the Etobicoke Jazz Band and Toronto All-Star Big Band. Shortly after, he began learning standards from the jazz repertoire, expanding his knowledge of arranged and improvised music. Luke regularly performs at multiple venues across Guelph, such as Manhattans Jazz and Blues Pizza Bistro, the Spring Mill Distillery, and a coffee house called The Bullring, where Luke has his residency. Other notable performance locations include The Emmett Ray Whisky Jazz Bar in Toronto and the Toronto Beaches Jazz Festival. When Luke is not singing with a big band, he performs with his “Burnin’ Cats,” a brand and label he created for himself and musicians within his various combos.
