Born in Ravenna, Ohio and now based near the Akron-Canton area, LuvCJ is more than just an emerging music artist. He’s a storyteller, a survivor, and a vessel of hope. From the earliest moments of his life, music has been a constant companion. Whether it was long car rides where he’d hum melodies from the backseat or moments of silence filled with rhythm in his head, LuvCJ’s voice has always been his instrument—even before he knew what to do with it. But LuvCJ’s journеy isn’t just one of musical discovery. It’s about healing. Just months ago, hе found himself in what he describes as “the deepest hole in the world.” Depression, addiction, and isolation had taken a toll, but something inside him—faith, intuition, or maybe both—told him to keep going. That spark led him back to his purpose. “I believe with everything in me God saved me from my past,” he shares. Now, his mission is clear: to inspire others to chase their dreams and embrace their emotions, no matter how heavy they may feel. LuvCJ’s music is for the ones who feel like they can’t talk about their pain. It’s for the ones trying to find light in their own darkness. He creates not for fame, but for connection. “We all have feelings,” he says. “I’ve been that person who felt like they couldn’t ever speak to people about how I’m feeling. I hope to show people it’s okay.” Musically, LuvCJ draws inspiration from everywhere. He studies all artists and all genres.
