LXG Rude (simply known as Rude) is a hip-hop artist from the Delwood Acres neighborhood of Adel, GA, drawing inspiration from legends like Outkast, Tupac, Lil Wayne, and Jay-Z. He takes the classic boom bap foundation and layers it with his own unique mix of old-school grit and modern style.
Rude started making music in early 2001, teaming up with his musical family to record songs and share them on platforms like Soundcloud and MySpace. Local buzz followed, but it was the tragic loss of a close friend that pushed him to fully commit to his craft.
