Lyrical G

Award-winning rapper Jeff Kintu better known by his stage name Lyrical G is a rapper, songwriter, vocalist and music producer and hip-hop pioneer from Uganda, East Africa.
He has released 10 studio albums to date, and has performed at The Zanzibar International Film Festival, The All Music Jazz Safari, as well as performing in Kimberley, South Africa and on various stages with a host of different artistes both local and international (Mya, Rasheeda, Awadi, P-Square, Mafikizolo, Proverb)
He made his screen debut in The Scamto Groundbreakers documentary alongside South African rapper Proverb.

Lyrical G is also credited with voicing rap jingles for telecom powerhouses MTN, UTL and Airtel, as well as recording the theme song for the TV hit show The Honorablez.

Having won multiple accolades (including back to back Pearl Of Africa Hip-hop Artiste Of The Year Awards), and reaching various milestones in his illustrious career, Lyrical G was the recipient of the 2020 Life Time Achievement Award and the 2022 Lyricist Of The Year at the MTN UG Hip-hop Awards
