Lyssa Nyx

Lyssa's love of music started at the early age of three, singing songs from the all-time classic movie, Mary Poppins. Fast forwarding through her teenage years, Lyssa continued to perform live, fronting multiple cover bands. One of her bands went on to win a local Battle of the Bands competition which catapulted the band into the spotlight as the opening band for a regional act. In this period of time, Lyssa covered a wide range of popular artists like Adele, Taylor Swift, & Ellie Goulding. Whether it was a high school talent show or a band competition, Lyssa cherished every opportunity to perform.

Leading into the recent Covid-19 lockdowns, Lyssa re-evaluated her career, placing a new focus on writing original material. She is currently in the studio recording songs written over the past year. Her songs combine her unique emotional edginess with a power-pop feel that continues to evolve with each new release.
