Maaley

Jamaal "Maaley" Sancho is an artist from Jamaica, Queens who is ready to apply his musical talents across the industry. His current involvement in music is making an impact wherever he puts down his roots. Maaley resides in New Haven, CT but he temporarily moved to Chicago, Illinois to get more deeply involved in the music culture there.

Maaley has been writing songs since elementary school which eventually brought him into recording, producing and engineering all of his own music by the age of 14. During the end of his senior year at North Haven High School in 2011, Jamaal began to perform and release some of his music out to the public so that by the time he started college at Southern Connecticut State University, Maaley's name would already be circulating around campus ahead of his arrival. He did not waste any time earning his Bachelor's degree in vocal music.

Maaley dropped his first official EP "Mark My Words" in the Spring of 2019. Being skilled across various crafts in the industry helped him stand out. He sings, raps, dances, acts and plays the piano and guitar. This pursuit of music brought him to want to provide good music to the masses with a genuine mix of R&B, Soul, Hip Hop, Rap and Trapsoul while making a difference in this world with the talents Jamaal has been given. Having a positive effect on his fans and showing them that they are not alone through music is what Maaley's ultimate goal is. He says "That is when I feel most successful as an artist."
