In 2021, they released their second album, HEAL, showcasing a more refined and modern sound while staying true to their heavy and dynamic style.

Known for their intense live performances, Ma’anish has toured extensively across Israel, from major venues in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem to underground punk squats and kibbutz bars. The band carries the legacy of their late founding member, Shaul Eflal, honoring his memory through every riff and every show.
