If Taylor Swift joined a metal band, you’d get Machine on a Break. Heavily inspired by Spiritbox and Bad Omens, this solo female artist brings clean vocals and catchy pop sensibilities to the growling motion of 8 string guitars and double kick. Her music is an anthemic call to people who have been hurt and pushes them through to a better tomorrow.
After being named as a Grand Finalist in the Listen Up Songwriting Prize, Machine on a Break went on to play at Sydney Olympic Park as pre-show entertainment for Parkway Drive fans and Comic Con attendees, levelling up her live show for an epic 2025. So far this year she has supported WAAX, Patient Sixty-Seven and Atticus Chimps. You can catch her supporting I See Stars and Clay J Gladstone on their Aus tours later this year.
