MadHouse is an Italian Alternative Rock/Metal, female-fronted band formed in 2012 by Federica Tringali (vocals) and Filippo Anfossi (guitar).

Over the years, MadHouse has performed extensively in Italy, Europe and the UK, sharing the stage with incredible artists such as: Europe, Enuff Z'Nuff, Vicious Rumors, Neil Zaza, Cobra Spell, Imperial Age, Trevor (Sadist), Giacomo Voli (Rhapsody of Fire), Vision Divine, Secret Sphere, Balletto di Bronzo, Pino Scotto, Bulldozer, Fleshgod Apocalypse, and Joe Bastianich.

The band has also performed at major festivals including Wondergate Festival, Metal Valley Open Air, Bloodstream International Music Festival (UK), Metalland Sky Metal Fest, among others.

Furthermore, MadHouse has received several awards, including:
Band of the Year 2019 – Castle Blakk Radio, USA.
Best Hard Rock Female-Fronted Band – “Anime di Carta” International Music Fest 2019, Italy.
Best Female Artist 2021 – Phonic FM, UK.
Premio Cultura Green – Sanremo 2023, Italy.
Best Singer 2023 – Tempi Dispari, Italy.
The albums and singles released by the band have been nominated for "Best Album" and "Best Song" by various radio stations and webzines in Italy, the UK, Germany, the USA and Australia.

Throughout their career, the band has built a loyal international fanbase that supports all of their activities.
