Hailing from the heavy metal heartlands of Lappeenranta, Finland, Madred has delivered their Thrash ’n’ Roll mayhem since 2009. Their sound blends the bite of thrash metal with the groove of classic rock and has shaped a clear and recognizable identity.

Madred has grown into a seasoned live act through three European tours and countless high energy shows across Finland. Their debut album Overtime opened the door to a more ambitious era and laid the foundation for the band’s evolving sound.

The new album Running Out of Problems captures Madred at a moment of growth. It is a record built on grit, contrast and emotion. The band’s trademark intensity drives the music forward while deeper and more atmospheric elements expand the sound. Fast paced and playful moments meet a melancholic core where guitar driven and slow burning songs reveal a more vulnerable side of the band. Together these elements form Madred’s most dynamic and fully realized work so far.

Madred is Oskari Hurskainen on vocals and guitar, Harri Tikka on lead guitar, Aapo Peuhkuri on bass and backing vocals and Arttu Kiianen on drums.
