Mads Granum is a Danish jazz pianist, composer and producer from Copenhagen. He is well known for his melodic 'jazz anthems' and his lyrical playing style.

In 2022 he won Folkekirkens Nødhjælps 100 year anniversary song competition together with Lisbeth Smedegaard Andersen. The winner song 'Du spør mig om håbet' / 'You ask me what hope is' has already become a new evergreen.
He has been working with some of the very best hymn writers in Denmark and Norway, and his melodies have been released in multiple songbooks.

His is currently writing new songs in the pop/folk/jazz genre about hope. ‘Hope is so important, especially in the turbulent times that we are living in today'.
