MADSN

MADSN is a Los Angeles based alternative pop artist. She draws inspiration from artists such as Jessie Reyez, girl in red, and BENNE. By writing both playful and emotional lyrics, MADSN hopes to bring an authentic representation of her life through her music.

Born in Spokane, WA, she began writing music and performing at the early age of 10. Upon finishing high school, she moved to Seattle to further her education at the University of Washington. During her time there, she became a radio show host and began interviewing local artists. This inspired her to fully commit to her music career. Without access to producers or studios, MADSN learned audio engineering and production to record her own music. This gained the attention of local artists that she would open for in venues around the city.

Upon receiving her degree, MADSN flew down to Los Angeles for her first meeting with producer, Mack McKinney. Over the course of two days, she wrote and recorded three songs, one of which that would be later released as her debut studio single, Need Time. Need Time was noticed by Spotify and added to their editorial playlist, Fresh Finds Pop.

A year later, MADSN moved to Los Angeles and was accepted as a Breaking Sound artist. Notable past performances include headlining The Viper Room and The Hotel Cafe.
