It often takes stepping out of your comfort zone in order to unveil one’s truth. For Miami-based producer, mixing engineer and navy veteran Mafyozo, he takes himself “out of the box”, allowing for true expression to flow without restraint. The result is an eclectic concoction of flavors, echoing influences from Hip Hop to R&B, to Reggae and everything in between.
He knew it was his calling to pursue music professionally, so after graduating from Full Sail University, he worked as an intern at DJ Khaled's ‘We The Best’ Studio. This experience gifted him with the ability to launch his very own imprint on the industry in the form of his record label, Hirez Music LLC, whose ethos of healing listeners through music is central to Mafyozo's goal of cementing Hirez Music LLC as the industry's freshest, most cutting edge label.
Holding an eclectic sound within his own productions, it comes as no surprise that Mafyozo's sophemore album My Book Of Rhythms Vol. 2 collates a number of artists, genres, and languages and encapsulates the multitude of talents that he holds as a musician.
