Magnus Timbre (they/them) is an American guitarist, bassist, singer, songwriter, and music producer from San Antonio, Texas. In 2020, Magnus released their first singles 'Slow Burn Suicide' and 'U Make Me Melt' which were included in their debut EP 'Melancholy & Hopefulness', a six-track alternative rock pursuit covering addiction, depression, dereliction, infatuation, confusion, and a song about their cat. Each track on the EP was composed, performed, mixed, and mastered by Magnus themself. While they had begun writing their own songs as early as 2015, Magnus composed and produced their first track 'Absurd' and published it on SoundCloud in 2018, from which point Magnus continued to learn additional skill sets such as drum and synthesizer composition as well as publishing new songs on a regular basis which have garnered over 3,000 streams on the platform collectively.
