Sizwe Nhlapo stage name Mahaizel, was born in Soweto 26 December 1989 and grew up in Emdeni. He started his music career at an early age and was recognised by monster records in 2009 that's when he had his 1st breakthrough as a Kwaito star, as a passionate musician he was not happy with the record label that led to a decision for him to leave the music industry till he met Besta in 2019.
Mahaizel is a versatile artist also known for other genres like Hip Hop, Gqom, Amapiano e.t.c In 2019 he started a duo group called (Besta no Mahaizel) and they successfully broke through the music industry with their smash hit “Umlahlo ongaka”, “Kokotela dokotela” and “Gijima active” the duo worked with DJ active at that time. In 2020 Mahaizel took a solo career journey where he worked with artist like Dala and Vukani on a smash hit that was topping the charts on MTV Base for a song called (ABANANDABA), That song made to no1 on the charts. The latest release he dropped in 2021 is a single titled “Dlala Mahaizel”
