In 2022 MAIH (real name Martine Håland) graduated from the prestigious music school LIMPI (Lillehammer Institute of Music Production and Industries) where she was mentored by industry giants such as Emily Warren and Stargate.
She has since distinguished herself as a talented and skilled songwriter. With inspiration from Aurora, Bon Iver, Lorde og Robyn, MAIH writes in a wide range of genres, ranging from urban to big pop tunes based on everyday descriptions, diary scribbles and personal experiences.
With her direct manner, she has always stood out in her immediate surroundings. MAIH made her debute in 2022 with the song “Let Him Let Me Go”, and then released a number of singles before debuting with the EP “For all of the times I broke my heart” in 2024.
