MAJA (Maja Salvador) is a staple in the Philippine pop culture. She is an actress, singer, dancer (she is known as the country’s “Dance Princess”), host, model and producer. In 2011, MAJA co-produced and portrayed the title role in the film Thelma, which earned her the Gawad Urian Award and the Film Academy of the Philippines Award for Best Actress.
