Makaco el Cerebro

Jordano Luciano De la Cruz, artistically known as Makaco el Cerebro, was born on September 29, 1993 in the municipal district of Hato del Yaque in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, where he studied at the Liceo Villa Fátima. At the age of 13, he began to rap along with his friends, forming a group called Los Cronistas de la Esquina, and that is where his passion for music began.

At the age of 23, he decided to emigrate to the United States, where he currently resides and forms his band made up of musician friends who have been with him since childhood, including his arranger Richard de la Oz.

The singer, merenguero and composer Makaco el Cerebro has developed hits over time, such as "Ven Toma", "No Creo en Pana", "Los Códigos", among others.

In 2022, he met Farruko when his manager (Mierma PR) showed him his project, and he immediately showed interest in recording one of his songs and collaborating with Makaco on another of his songs.

Among his plans for the future is to continue working hard to show his talent and position himself in the artistic market, in addition to "projecting himself as an example for today's youth and demonstrating that even coming from below and without anyone believing in you , you just have to have faith and perseverance to achieve success," said the artist.
