Maarten Karsen, better known as Maklon decided to chase his dreams during his study.
He started mixing in his roommates room at night, and ended up performing for big crowds. As Resident DJ at Excess the Movement (former party in the Sugar Factory, Amsterdam) and seen in Nachtcollege Utrecht, Verveeld en Tegendraads festivals where DJ's as Secondcity en Leftwink and Kody Perform as well.
UK house and Deephouse inspired Maklon's producing style. Since 2016 Maklon started producing his own songs.
The remix of "Would I lie to you" from Charles and Eddie was streamed 7 million times and was getting noticed by Sony Music.
Just started, enthousiastic and starting to build it's own fanbase in the house scene. Maklon is ready for the bigger audience now!
