Malana is a five-piece band from Manila, Philippines whose music revolves around soul, jazz and R&B. It was formed in February of 2017 with Pauline Lauron on vocals, Franco Tantay on keys, Kris Malana on guitar, Josh Tulagan on bass, and Tim Dadivas on drums. Despite everyone already playing with their own different bands, these musicians came together to produce music that is uniquely Malana. Now with their new member Tin Caberto on bass, the band wishes to further promote soul music to the local music audience.
