Mama Birds is a magical folk duo consisting of singer/songwriters Ellen O'Meara & Ginny Worley. They met in San Marcos, Texas & came together through their shared experience of new motherhood. They roped in their dear friend, bass player, & producer Charles Cruz to record their self-titled debut album 'Mama Birds', which is inspired by their children along with a myriad of folk & psychedelic rock influences - Nanci Griffith, the Beatles, Nancy Sinatra, the Byrds, & the Doors.
