Mansyur S in one of Indonesian’s dangdut legend singer and songwriter whom started his singing career since 1960.
He rose to fame in the 1970s with hits like Zubaedah, Kopi Susu, and Air Mata Perkawinan, and was once part of Rhoma Irama's Soneta Group. Over his decades-long career, he has released many iconic songs, achieved many prestigious awards Best Male Solo Artist from AMI Award 2015, Lifetime Achievements Awards in 2018 and 2020 from Indonesian Dangdut Awards and Anugerah Dangdut Indonesia Awards). He remained respected for his humble and kind personality.
Though his stage appearances have decreased in recent years, Mansyur S continues to perform occasionally and remains a beloved figure in Indonesian music.
