Manuel Monti, from Padua, Italy, born in 1974, began studying piano at 6 and classical guitar at 10. At 16, he formed his first band and played electric guitar in various local rock bands. He was inspired by guitarists like David Gilmour, Jimmy Page, Ritchie Blackmore, and Slash. His favorite bands include Deep Purple, Guns N' Roses, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd.
Until 2000, Manuel continued to play in bands but then took a break from music to focus on his studies and career. After earning his degree in engineering, he earned a PhD in Industrial Manufacturing and dedicated himself to his engineering profession and family life.
In 2018, Manuel returned to his musical roots by setting up his home studio, where he resumed playing guitar and piano. He learned bass and other string instruments like mandolin and ukulele. He improved his home recording techniques, producing, mixing, and mastering his tracks. To date, he has released around fifteen songs, composing and playing all instrumental parts as well as handling all production stages. His music ranges from rock ballads to soothing instrumentals, alternative rock/pop, and progressive rock.
Looking forward, Manuel aims to explore new sounds and musical genres, seeking an increasingly unique and personal style, while continuing to innovate and expand his artistic horizons. His passion for music is reflected in every note he plays and every track he produces, making each piece a true expression of his artistic journey.
