Manuele Colacci was born in Isernia in 1988
At the age of 13 he enrolled at the Conservatory "Lorenzo Perosi" in Campobasso where he studied with Pasqualino Garzia, Alessandro Paris and Giulio Tampalini graduating with honors. In 2011 he was admitted to study with M°Lorenzo Micheli at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano and in 2013 he completed the Master of Arts in Music Performance and in 2016 he concluded the Master of Arts in Music Pedagogy.
He has participated in numerous competitions obtaining the first prize at the "Concorso Nazionale Città di Riccione" and at the IX AGIMUS national competition in Rome. He has also been awarded at the "Ansaldi" Competition, at the "Alirio Diaz" Competition, at the "Giulio Rospigliosi" Competition in Lamporecchio, at the International Competition Corrado Alba. The concert activity has led him to perform in numerous Italian cities, in Holland and Switzerland.
He plays in several chamber ensembles, among them the Trio Blanko (guitar, double bass and percussion), the AccorDuo (guitar and violin), the duo Algoritmo (guitar duo) and the guitar and cello duo.
In November 2018 he debuts at the "Teatro Emigrato" in Dublin with the opera "Platero y yo" (text by Juan Ramon Jimenez and music by Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco) under the direction of Gerardo Placido, flanking on stage the actor Gregorio Cadarso and Valentina Londino.
He is a teacher at several music schools in the Italian part of Switzerland.
