Mar Cruz

Born and raised in the SF Bay Area, the Filipino-American artist, Mar Cruz, started his music journey at a young age performing at talent shows and family parties. In 2020, when the world was put into shutdown he decided to use the new found time begin to create his own music. With an iPad and some wired earphones he made his first few tracks as he began to find his sound. In 2022, he performed his unreleased tracks in front of a summer camp crowd which began his fanbase. In 2023, in his last days as a high schooler, he performed hit single, “925 Gemini” for his high school solidifying his legacy. Today, Mar Cruz spends his days as a full-time college student, but at night works to perfect his craft and chase superstar status.
