Már is a musician, singer/pianist, songwriter, and world record-breaking Paralympic swimmer hailing from Iceland, passionately chasing dreams until they become reality.
Based in Manchester, Már represents Iceland in swimming while also performing and releasing music internationally. He collaborates with leading Icelandic artists and has shared the stage with some of the world’s finest musicians, including Don Randy (Wrecking Crew), Tim Burgess (The Charlatans), Helen O'Hara (Dexys Midnight Runners), Brandon Fields (George Benson), Tom Brechtlein (Robben Ford & The Blue Line, Chick Corea), and Natalia przybysz.
In addition to his thriving music and sports career, Már is a public speaker and has made appearances as a radio and TV presenter for the Icelandic National Broadcasting Service and various independent channels.
