Helsinki based hiphop producer and pianist who loves any kind of hiphop music ( favs: Pete Rock, Dilla) that has good grooves and harmonies. I also love jazz (example Bill Evans), Brazilian music (ex: Tom Jobim, Lo Borges, Ivan Lins), classical music (ex: Debussy, Ravel, Bach) and pop music ( ex. Brian Wilson). I try to use these influences to create my music. I’m evolving from sample based music to use only my own harmonies and melodies in instrumentals, it feels very natural and something that should have done a long time a go. It doesnt mean that old things are forgotten, just trying to find new things everyday to keep the music fresh.
