After growing up in Worscester, MA's gritty Main South neighborhood, guitarist Marc Copely made a name for himself in the Boston music scene, eventually attending Berklee for a year before his money ran out. He continued to play until a car crash left him with severe head trauma, two fractures in his left arm, a broken left wrist, a dislocated shoulder, bruised ribs and a badly injured back. The accident was a wake-up call for him and as he fought to learn to play guitar again, he gained a new focus and determination that helped jump-start his music career. He went on tour with Mary Lou Lord and made an album with Boston blues artist James Montgomery, serving as a producer. After that he began work on his solo debut album, Limited Lifetime Guarantee. The album featured Dave Hull, from Pete Droge's band, on bass and Josh Freese on drums. It was released in June of 2002 on RCA. ~ Stacia Proefrock, Rovi
