Marc Saintglass is a guitarist/composer based in Arenys de Mar, Barcelona. After publishing under the name Unoma for 20 years, in 2017 he sets on a long journey from Barcelona to Kiruna (Northern Sweeden), where he takes time to reflect on his musical identity. From this experience, the idea of publishing his debut album under a new name arises. 11.000 km is a record of musical landscapes, inspired by nature and composed to be enjoyed while observing the world around us.
The album was recorded by Jordi Solans in Barcelona between April and September of 2020. Marc Saintglass is accompanied by Vasco Trilla on drums and percussion, Víctor Rago on bass guitar and Giulio Presta on Keyboards.
Parallel to the album, media featuring kaleidoscopic and fractal images were created by Mar Jardiel, which are available on the Youtube channel.
