London based multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter, MarceL is an independent artist from France, Brittany. In 2014, he moved to London and since then he has established his work in collaborating with a variety of artists from the London and international scene such as King Raam, Joseph Otieno, Diego Philips, Emily Moment, Bandini, Shahin Najafi, to name a few. He has performed and recorded in Europe and through North America (for both, studio and touring work).
His music blends elements of Blues, Folk, Celtic, Latin America, North African and West African music, with the alternative and progressive worlds he builds.
Marcel invites the listener to embark on a journey that involves experiencing unexpected and at times familiar places, spaces and story lines. Whilst also evoking of light and darkness, the transparent and vulnerable poetic aspects of his words holds hands with a deep sense of aliveness and courageous sound expressions.
After four years of recording and co-producing his album, MarceL has released his first single ‘La Fabuleuse’. His first debut album will be released in the Summer 2023
