Marc’L (Marcus Ludgood) is a dynamic Pop/R&B artist, singer-songwriter, and dancer hailing from Seattle, Washington. Blending the energy of urban pop with raw emotion and sharp choreography, Marc’L brings a fresh, unapologetic voice to today’s music scene. With roots in performance and a lifelong passion for the arts, he seamlessly fuses catchy hooks, storytelling, and movement into a sound and style that’s uniquely his own.

Marc’L's musical journey is deeply inspired by the icons he grew up idolizing—powerhouses like Destiny’s Child, Janet Jackson, Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, Nicki Minaj, and the Spice Girls. His sound also draws influence from today’s trailblazers such as Tinashe, Normani, JoJo, Megan Thee Stallion, Latto, and FLO—artists who embody individuality, confidence, and fearlessness, all qualities Marc’L channels into his own creative work.

The loss of his father in June 2020 marked a turning point in his life and career. In his father's memory, Marc’L made a vow to go all-in on his dreams—committing fully to his art and building a community of fans who believe in chasing their purpose just as fiercely.
