Marco Luzzi, aka DJ MarcoLux, was born with a bold haircut somewhere in the rolling hills of Central Italy, back in the glorious ’80s.
To the dismay of his neighbors, he started abusing music early — first with a guitar, then with drums — until a random encounter with a DJ threw him headfirst into the world of turntables. He’s been making noise ever since.
His career kicked off in the legendary nightlife of early-2000s Perugia, and from there, he embarked on a journey that led him to perform near some of the most iconic clubs in the world: one block from London’s Ministry of Sound, right underneath the Pineta in Milano Marittima, and across the street from the Samsara in Riccione.
In between? A royal wedding in Jordan. No joke.
His DJ sets are built to surprise — no pre-made playlists, just instinct, experience, and the mission to make people forget, at least for a few hours, about deadlines, emails, and their exes.
When he’s not behind the decks, he’s producing: original tracks, remixes, and 3 a.m. ideas born between a random voice memo and a project accidentally saved that somehow works.
In 2024, he released his debut single, I Want Your Belly — Google it. Trust us.
