Marcus Corey

From a high school football star, to an artist, young Canadian rapper & singer Marcus Corey let go of his football dream to pursue his new found love, music. Marcus has always been a big fan of music no matter the genre, " Music is like a friend to me, through music i can speak my mind and emotions. Music was a shoulder for me to cry on when times were hard. It's always been there to comfort me and motivate me, and it's always been there for me to speak through." he says. Marcus started writing music at the age of 15, releasing his first single "21 questions" a remix of 50 cent's well known song. It has now accumulated over 11,000 streams on soundcloud.


Since, Marcus has been showing his versatility by releasing songs varying from R&B, to hip-hop and dancehall. Single after single, he has proven his potential and capability to make a name for himself in the music industry. Marcus looks up to artists such as Drake, Chris Brown, Bryson tiller, Jay Gwuapo, Roddy Rich, Meek Mill & Summer Walker, which explains his ability to change styles/genres so easily. He dreams to work with all these artists one day.
