Hi! I am an improv pianist and composer.
I began playing piano as a child, classically trained throughout childhood. I abandoned the piano for the electric guitar in 2007, and became an advanced guitarist and established a metal/djent band, as lead guitarist. I then discovered electronic music my senior year of high school in 2012.
I began producing electronic music from then on out which further developed my sound engineering skills between 2012-2018, when I began experimenting with "female vocal melodies mixed with trap hip hop beats". At the time, it had not been done widely. My remixes of Selena Gomez and Halsey songs became very popular between 2014-2016 among hundreds of thousands of Gomez and Halsey fans, and I remixed music until 2018, when I deleted my music from youtube, along with my channel. I had a growing fanbase, but was in the middle of a spiritual journey and I felt the need to get away from pop music.
In 2018 I returned to piano and began releasing improvised classical piano songs I had recorded. I released 3 albums, <a href="spotify:album:5fxoNYaB7fa2Xseky0D5na" data-name="The Calm">The Calm</a>, <a href="spotify:album:3nIl1MRpHEklEXYHYpHKeu" data-name="Home">Home</a>, and <a href="spotify:album:5nJuZJvRaog0rQHhQDhwk2" data-name="Places">Places</a> all within 9 months, two of which were released and premiered on classical label <a href="spotify:artist:2BXWZZhjhOjG7eu7NDnVWL" data-name="Halidon">Halidon</a>. I then left to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in mid-2019, returning in 2021 to a very different music landscape.
Since returning I have released 2 more entirely improvised albums through Halidon Music: Love, and Castle in the Snow, the latter of which features additional orchestration.
