Mari-Leen Kaselaan (born 2 December 1987 in Tartu) is an Estonian pop singer best known by her stage name Mari-Leen. She first came to wider public attention in 2005 as a member of the girl group Suntribe, which represented Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv with “Let’s Get Loud”.
After Eurovision she launched a solo career, breaking through with the single “Rahutu Tuhkatriinu” and the album of the same name (2006), produced by Sven Lõhmus, followed by her second album 1987 (2008). Her early success was recognised with major Estonian awards, including Best New Act at the Estonian Music Awards and Kuldne Plaat honours.
In 2011 Kaselaan stepped back from music, citing burnout, but returned in 2023 with new releases such as “Kiirendus”, signalling a renewed focus on writing, performing, and giving concerts.
