Marimba Plus

Marimba Plus is an absolutely unique phenomenon on the Russian stage. In twenty years the band not only developed its’ recognizable handwriting, traveled through the whole Eurasia and several continents, but also kept the main staff almost invariable.

For the last ten years Marimba Plus has been repeatedly participating in leading jazz and world music festivals of the country: "Wild Mint", "Estate Jazz", "the World of Siberia", "Moscow Jazz Fest", "Jazz in the Hermitage Garden", "City Jazz" in the Botanical Garden of MSU, etc.

Marimba Plus played with such stars as Billy Cobham, Trilok Gurtu, Linley Marthe, Paco Seri, Didier Lockwood, Cindi Blackman, Arkady Shilkloper, Monty Alexander, Patricia Kaas, Eteri Beriashvili, Borislav Strulyov, the Tuva Huun Huur Tu ensemble, Sergey Starostin and many other leading performers and instrumentalists.
