With the ability to create something from nothing, she mixes Hip Hop melodies, underground word play, and rock influences to create a sound all her own. Landing a major record deal in the new millennium with the group she created, Femme Fatale, MARQUEE generated a huge street buzz under D.I.T.C. which led to a label bidding war, and ended with her signing to Trackmasters under Sony.
