Everyone longs for tenderness, a sensation in their belly, and a partner for life. Like already Joe Cocker recognized "You give me a reason to live"( You can leave your hat on). Many people can never satisfy this desire, but the band Marry a Beer has found its blonde beauty. Too bad you can't marry beer! Marry a Beer was founded in October 2015 in Burgsteinfurt to make serious music in an ironic way. Their modern bottle rock, which they use to appeal to almost every music fan, ranges from rock ballads to punk rock to hard rock. The sound is dynamic, powerful and loud. The exclusively self-written songs are about friendship, love and pain. Even if the guys "remind at first of a quiet wedding band" (quote Tim Basten, SPH- Contest 2017) with their loud and crazy style, they deliver rock music to growl along and go off. In 2017 the band made it from a standing start to the West Germany final of the Emergenza Bandcontest.
