Marsboiszn is an exceptional new school singer and songwriter that stretches the boundary of intentionality in the Nigerian music scene. He's a 24 year old Abuja born and bred artist as versatile as he is super talented. He grew up in the trenches parts of abuja known as the mararaba/nyanya axis. His music dabbles into all genres majorly Afro fusion, afro-pop, afro-swing, and even afro-soul where he mines the depth of his heart to deliver the most relatable and sonically appealing lyrics and melodies that leaves listeners hooked on his music.
Like any true artist Marsboiszn draws inspiration from his real life experiences, struggles and emotions but what separates him from others is how he expresses it into authentic unrefined music, making songs that are as conscious and mysterious as they are ear pleasing and enjoyable, he brings a fresh avant-garde musical perspective to his generation as he relates his music to abstract art and literature, having mentors like Basquiat, Vincent Van Gough, Shakespeare and musical influences like Asa, Burnaboy, Omah Lay, J Cole, and Drake among a bunch of others.
