Originating in Nampa and Caldwell, Idaho, Marshall Poole is not a person but a band of four different individuals: Rider, Mike, Seth and Mel. As these four grew up together as people and musicians, they collaborated to create a musical experience that is both nostalgic and innovative from combining psychedelic rock to southern vibes; straight-up pop songs to blues instrumentals; heavy guitar riffs to intricate keyboard melodies; noisy bass lines to poly-rhythmic drum beats.

The band disbanded in 2019 but their music is still available to listen on most platforms.
