Martei Korley, is a reggae artist with Danish & Ghanaian heritage, based in NYC and Jamaica. With wide a range of influences from Rocksteady and Lovers Rock to Afrobeats and Dancehall, MK paints a soundscape from his own palette. He has recorded for several producers in Jamaica including Sly and Robbie, Jamaica's saxophone don Dean Fraser and Alborosie as well as Danish producer Yo-Akim.

MK released his first EP, Kingston Konfidential, in 2014. A collection of personal songs conceived in reggae's capital city, this set fused Martei’s soulful vocals with powerful riddims (from the Firehouse Crew, Denmark's Yo-Akim and others) for an unconventional and refreshing style. Concrete Flower mixes late eighties raggamuffin with RnB for a brand new sound. “Couldn’t Be Wrong”, the lead single features a weeping Jazz guitar and deep Rub-a-Dub riddim illustrating the complexity of long distance commitment.
His 2016 single, Shine, mixes classic reggae stylings with R&B and Trap, and a wicked cameo by Brooklyn's Jahdan Blakkamoore. Later on that year he appeared on Alborosie's His Majesty Riddim (alongside Mr, Vegas, Sizzla and others) with a track called Toxic Love - a song that explores relationship problems and MK's self-professed allergy to them.
