Martin Alegro

Martijn Slobbe, better known as Martin Alegro, is a DJ/Producer who is committed to innovate popular dance music. After achieving success with commercial songs like "Only You" and "Drowning Love," along with Disappeared (with over 570,000 streams), Alegro decided to forge his own path and seek out his authentic sound. The simplest way to describe the new Martin Alegro sound is a blend of nostalgic yet modern music with unique sonar characteristics and distorting soundscapes.

His journey has led him to create two aliases, under which he experiments with different musical styles. Recently, he released the track "Get You" under the alias FOSL, a track that is more focused on the club scene, evident in it's hard beats and thick bassline.

Outside the studio, Alegro is highly active as a DJ, performing regularly in clubs and at festivals like Basement (club), Endfest (festival) and Dream festival. Ambition is not in short supply for him; he has his sights set on major festivals such as Tomorrowland, Mysteryland, and Ultra, where he hopes to perform in a few years' time.

Currently, he's focused on completing his new repertoire while studying at the Haarlem Conservatory. It's just a matter of time before the world becomes acquainted with Martin Alegro's new sound.
