Martini Henri are an indie rock band from the North East. Emerging onto the scene with a mix of classic rock, psychedelic pop, and dreamy lyrics, they always bring a fresh sound. Comprising of 4 members, Tamsin (Vocals), Callum (Guitarist), Thomas (Bassist) and Cale (Drummer), started off as sound engineers looking to find more creative outlets.
After their debut single "Paradigm", Martini Henri have went on to release a mutiple singles and most recently, "Pretty in Places" EP. Taking inspiration from a range of iconic artists and decades, they have managed to free themselves of static genres and develop their sound with each release.
Drawing inspiration from The Beatles, Arctic Monkeys, Alexandra Saviour, The Last Shadow Puppets, David Bowie, Blossoms, Fleetwood Mac, Harry Styles, and Dire Straits, Martini Henri encompass these styles in their own unique way.
Since performing their debut gig at Independent, Sunderland, Martini Henri have went on to sell out headline gigs at Head of Steam in Newcastle City Centre while supporting those who helped them get their start.
As the band comprises of sound engineers and lyricists, all of their songs are filled with personality from conception to the final master.
